We operate a small but efficient office with the result that our fees for real estate and other services are amongst the most competitive in the area. Much of our business is either from repeat clients or referrals from previous clients, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers. We also welcome new clients and guide first-time homebuyers through the real estate process.


Our legal fees as quoted are current as at the time of posting. Fees are subject to change without notice. In most cases, increases in our fees are as a result of increased expenses from other providers or authorities. We also offer notary public services.
