She first discovered her passion for real estate in 2012 at a law firm in Southwestern Ontario where she worked on real estate transactions as a General Assistant. She went on to obtain her B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University in 2015, and her J.D. from Western University in 2018.

As a law student, Juan participated in various practical clinics and served as a caseworker for Community Legal Services. Juan has strong family ties in Kingston and was happy to make it her home after spending two years as legal counsel for a firm in Southwestern Ontario
